Internal Calls:
To make a call to another extension, simply dial the number. If the number
is busy, you can use Ring Back When
Free as below:
Dial any digit and hang up.
When the extension you called is free, your phone will ring (a burst of three rings).
Lift the handset and the extension is called automatically.
External calls:
To make an external call, DIAL "9" as an
external call prefix to get an outside line, then dial the number as
normal, including "1" and the area code if applicable.
If you hear busy tone when dialing, then the call may be barred. It may take several seconds for an outside line to become available to your extension.
