Note that common area phones (used by more than one person) do not have voicemail installed, i.e. band room, chorus room, gym, pool, NCLB, math and reading centers, etc..
To switch voicemail on dial *18, to switch it off dial *19.
To retrieve your voicemail, use the code *17. At the prompt, enter your extension number, followed by the pound sign (#). When prompted, enter your password, followed by the pound sign.
Options when in the voicemail system::
1 - Record messages.
2 - Listen to messages.
3 - Record your optional greetings.
5 - Access additional options (change name, password, etc.)
0 - Skips the message header (i.e. caller ID, date and time stamp, etc.) and goes directly to the message.
*3 - Deletes current message.
